Because personalized products are made specifically for the customer, they are FINAL SALE unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible unused and unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.
Personalized, customized, handmade-to-order, all consumable items, clearance, and final-sale items are NOT eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
